Appointment Information

Private medical insurance

Kate Whiteland is recognised by all major private medical insurers.

You will be asked to settle all accounts at the time of the treatment and will be provided with a receipt. It is very easy to claim back your money from your insurance companies and is usually possible within 2-3 weeks.

Payment

You will be required to pay on the day of each treatment.

We accept cash and cheques.

Cancellations

You are kindly requested to give at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failed attendance and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to payment in full.
